Do not scale chaos
If your RTO is high and confirmations are sloppy, ads will amplify losses. Stabilize: confirmation SOP, settlement sheet, and 3–5 proven SKUs. Only then increase traffic.
Document a one-page SOP
Incoming inquiry → qualify → confirm → book → share tracking → delivery follow-up → reorder ask. Train a sibling or assistant on the same script so quality does not depend on your mood.
Paid traffic cautiously
Facebook/TikTok leads are colder than WhatsApp status viewers. Use the same verification ruthlessly. Budget small tests; kill creatives that attract “kitna” tyre-kickers with no purchase intent.
Expand categories without losing focus
Adjacent products work: lawn sellers adding lawn accessories; kitchen sellers adding storage. Random unrelated catalogs confuse your audience. Coordinate with the network on what media packs are strongest this month.
Wholesaler relationships at scale
Volume earn you priority stock and faster picks — if you pay cleanly through the network and do not abuse returns. Share honest forecasts before peak seasons (Eid, winter).
When to hire and what to automate
First hire: chat confirmation. Second: content posting. Keep money reconciliation with someone you trust. A future portal will reduce manual booking — until then, disciplined WhatsApp operations beat fancy tools you will not use.
North star metrics
Weekly delivered orders, RTO %, average margin per delivered order, and repeat customer rate. Vanity metrics (status views alone) do not pay Raast transfers.
