What you actually need on day one
A smartphone with WhatsApp Business (recommended), a CNIC-linked bank or wallet for payouts, and a small audience you can message — family groups, status viewers, or niche communities. You do not need an NTN or registered company to start as a reseller in typical network flows.
- Clear photos of yourself or your brand identity for trust (optional but powerful).
- A simple price list habit: base price + your margin = retail COD amount.
- A confirmation script: size/color, full address, landmark, phone, city.
How profit is calculated
